I don't think the gorbs are related to the ghost actually being in the room - we've seen no gorbs in a room, and the motion sensor getting triggered, on ghosts that ended up being gorb ghosts. *Gorbs sometimes won't show up until the ghost is good and angry (or maybe active?) - move the cameras periodically, and watch for a while whenever you do watch.
